Japansk tillagning av svensk matsutake - Japanese cooking of Swedish matsutake

På bilderna ovan syns japansk tillagning av goliatmusseron i Stockholm. Bilderna visar matsutake tempura, dobin mushi (klar soppa), matsutake gohan (risrätt) samt matsutake sukiyaki (gryta).
